Global Elite Fitness Personal Training Systems were started when it became apparent that alot of people in gyms or in training studios were becoming dependant on their trainer to be able to their programs. Working as a gym floor trainer I saw how, as soon as people stopped or were unable to continue to train with their PT they were basically back to square one, or just continued on with the last program the trainer had given them. When I queried them as to why they did not re-assess their goals and make a new program to suit they would reply they did not know how to program.
With all the money they had spent on those trainers they should have learnt how to program for themselves so they would never get to that stage.
I started Global Elite Fitness as a Personal Training Business specifically in order to teach people the same knowledge that I had - giving them the ability not to rely on me and my knowledge, but on their own.
The results of this were more then worth it, I saw people I had trained applying what they had learnt for years after, always being able to re-access their goals and having the knowledge to change their training accordingly - they no longer had to rely on trainers to motivate them, or to set programs for them.

Another one of the main focuses of our trainers is to re-educate people on the reasons for training. What we see are too many personal trainers and people obsessed with 'weight loss'. This is not what training is all about. We train people for maximum Functionality, improved quality of life and show them how 'looking good' is just a side effect of being fit and healthy - not the sole purpose for training.
